The client wanted to transform a dated office into a modern, welcoming workspace while working within a fixed budget and a tight relocation schedule. With multiple contractors potentially involved, the client was looking for a single company to manage the project from concept through completion.

CorePoint managed the renovation from start to finish, beginning with space planning and interior design before coordinating all construction works. The project included new flooring, glass meeting rooms, lighting upgrades, feature walls, custom carpentry and fresh finishes throughout the office. Throughout the renovation, our project manager coordinated suppliers, monitored progress and maintained close communication with the client to ensure the project remained on schedule.
